CIS GIVES BACK Enhancing the community is an ongoing mission of CIS. Throughout the year we contribute to multiple non-profit organizations across the Valley with toy drives, events and monetary contributions. In February of 2018, CIS organized our first cornhole tournament, Bags & Brews, to benefit A New Leaf’s after school program. With 160 participants and 45 sponsors, everyone enjoyed a beautiful day of competition, good food, craft beer and raised $13,000. Our third annual Bags & Brews Event was held in February 2020. It was a great success and we were able to continue our contribution to A New Leaf!

We worked with a sample of students and current employees at Benchmark through a visioning workshop to better understand what the students were looking for upon graduation. In addition to the deep dive on workplace goals at the headquarters, we also created standards to use at the manufacturing site here locally as well as their outlying offices nationally.

Experience Emerge Contact: Michael Brooks | 602.819.4111 Square Footage: 36,170 SF Description: The client’s primary objective was a cool space that fit into their budget. In order to achieve this, CIS proposed options that worked within their parameters.

Experience SWCA Contact: Denis Henry | 602.274.3831 Square Footage: 20,460 SF Description: SWCA moved their headquarters office after 20 years of being in the same space. They wanted to attract and retain new talent as well as engage their current people across departments. Their main goal was to increase collaboration and break down the silos they had created in their old space. They lowered the panel heights, provided height adjustable worksurface to all employees and added multiple huddle spaces and a high end board room fully equipped with high end audio visual. We also installed a sound masking system to help bridge the employees comfort levels with noise consumption since we were lowering the panel heights in the open office environment.
