Luis goes from the ring to the TV cameras for boxing event this week Todd Lihou todd.lihou@tc.tc

CORNWALL, Ontario - Tony Luis was getting nervous for a fight last week in Memphis, Tenn., but it wasn’t because he would be trading blows with another boxer. “My tie might be crooked,” he said with a laugh. Luis was a colour commentator for CBS Sportnet’s World Championship Boxing on Friday night. The Cornwall fighter, who is also the WBC Continental Americas champ, employed his vast boxing knowledge to provide insights into the fights being broadcast. The main event included a matchup between cruiserweights Latees Kayodo (20-0)

and Nick Kisner (14-1-1), but Luis also had his eye on a fight involving female fighter Amanda Cirrano (23-1-1). “She’s one of the shining bright lights in female boxing,” he said. And fight night also gave Luis a chance to do a bit of scouting on potential opponents. “One of the guys I’ll be keeping an eye on is Josh King (19-3), he’s from Australia,” said Luis. “We’re in the same weight class.” The pugilist added he’s wanted to give broadcasting a chance for a while. “It’s always been one of my dreams, since I was a kid, to do something like this and give back to the sport,” he said, adding his late mother Maria often encouraged him to read and hone his “phonics” skills. “I used to read stuff to my mom all the time.”

Homeopathy for Constipation The constipated person who best benefits from taking the Homeopathic Alumina is usually a thin, dry person. His stool is usually dry, his skin also. Rectum is sore, dry, itchy and can occasionally bleed. Even if he hasn’t had a bowel movement in 2-3 days, he still has little desire to go. Often that person will have very little vital heat. Whereas the constipated person who benefits from Colubrina has many ineffectual urgings to have a bowel movement, so usually only small quantities are eliminated at each attempt. There can be itching and painful hemorrhoids. Alcohol and spicy foods add to the problem. Keep in mind that Homeopathy treats the person and not the disease. So two people with the same problem may require different remedies. 6267335
