Organization Growth: A large section of the top management in business organizations from around the world had an optimistic view of their organization growth. This turned out to be a major changeover from the results of last year’s survey and the participants opted to take the global market trends into consideration.
Hiring Strategies: A large percentage of top ranked professionals did not express much hope about the intention of organizations to add to their workforce in a significant manner.
Outlook Towards Economic Recession: The survey brought to fore the drastic change in the attitude of top management professionals with regard to the local and global market conditions.
