The progress of the Law Library during the year has been steady. We have added* approximately 9,000 volumes to the co llectio n , an increase of f i f t y per cent over the year 1962-1963. The increased boa budget has permitted*the addition of e number of state digests and encyclopedia as w ell as state oriented publications. These have been of great value to students intending to practice in states other than New York. Few publi cations In the areas of textbooks, tre a tis e s , casebooks and law reviews axe system atically being acquired. Multiple copies i i t e m s in frequent demand have been added to the Reserve Collection to J*set the needs of the increased student body. Special e ffo rts are being exerted to enrich law co llectio n . Desiderata l i s t s are being prepared expanded acquisitions program, based on the response survey questionnaire and the policy decisions of the te e .
