This initiative, created by the American Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics, promotes knowledge of healthy diets and lifestyles so that Americans can make informed food choices to support healthy lives. The theme for 2022 is “Celebrate a World of Flavors.” This focus encourages people to explore different cultural dishes, better understand diverse cultural food preferences, and provide opportunities to try some new, delicious foods! Here are some of the tips shared by the American Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics that can help you celebrate National Nutrition Month in good health
