CoreMorrow provides domestic and foreign customers with precision positioning technology solutions and products, which can achieve sub-nanometer resolution and nanometer positioning accuracy. The products mainly include plate/ring actuator, piezo ceramic/stack, piezo actuator with casing, piezo motor, 1 to 6-dimensional piezo nanopositioning /scanning /translation stage, 1 to 3-dimensional piezo deflection /rotation / steering platform, piezo objective positioner, 6 hexapod parallel mechanism, piezo driver/controller, inductance/capacitance/laser micrometer. Also, we provide maintenance services for piezoelectric products such as piezoelectric dispensing valves. Our products have been widely used in semiconductor technology, optoelectronics, communication and integrated optics, optical instruments and equipment, medical biological microscopy equipment, life sciences, precision processing equipment, medical design and technology, data storage, nanotechnology, nanomanufacturing and nano-automation, aerospace, image processing and other fields.
