The data for each position is broken down in three banding categories:
Band A → Entry level / lowest end of the market’s pay norm.
Minimum experience
Band B → Median range of the market.
Average level of experience with most of the necessary skills.
Band C → Top end of salary offers for hiring or retaining individuals. Higher experience, superior skills, finer institutional/business knowledge and exceeding responsibilities.
