Lara Dos Santos

Originally rooted in fashion retail, Lara made the bold move into hotel recruitment in 2017 and hasn’t looked back since What started as a new challenge quickly turned into a true passion, becoming one of the UK’s most trusted and specialised hotel recruitment professional and today proudly leads the UK Hotel Division at COREcruitment as a Senior Consultant.

With a focus on senior leadership and head-of-department roles, Lara works closely with a diverse portfolio of clients, from iconic luxury global hotel brands to innovative lifestyle and budget concepts. Her recruitment style is hands-on, relationship-driven, and built on deep industry insight.

She’s also a firm believer in staying close to the industry. Whether it’s conducting site visits, touring new openings, or exploring the latest in hotel design and service innovation, Lara thrives on being part of the evolving hotel landscape Aand yes, getting to see a few incredible suites along the way is definitely a job perk she doesn’t take for granted.

Ed Stevenson

Ed is a born and raised Londoner with over 10 years’ experience working in hospitality

From managing gastro pubs to wine bars, he has always been in the front line of customer service He managed high end wine shops selling luxury products to high end clients.

He joined the UK hotels team in 2022 and works with placing staff at all levels in our clients’ properties.

Beatrice Forest-Valentine

Beatrice joined the team in 2012 and successfully completed our in house training program.

After a Bachelor degree in hospitality and tourism management, she graduated with a Master in Hospitality Management from A.I.M International Business School.

With an early career in France, Canada and the UK in positions across front of house and F&B division within luxury boutique and international branded hotel operations, she has gained an excellent knowledge of the industry.

Klaudia was introduced to the hospitality industry early on, both in her native South Africa and internationally

Originally planning to pursue a career as a Food Photographer, she quickly discovered a passion for front-of-house restaurant operations This led her to build a strong career with some of the most dynamic hospitality groups in South Africa and the UK, with a particular focus on operations and training. Klaudia joined COREcruitment in 2012, where—during a pre-screening interview—she was offered a consultant role by her now Director. She’s never looked back since!

Danny O’Mahony

An American citizen originally from Ireland, Danny moved to Vancouver in 2021 He began his career in hospitality while still in school, spending nearly six years in the industry before taking time to travel across Europe

Upon returning, he spent close to five years in the banking sector, focusing on personal and business sales, before making the move abroad.

At COREcruitment, Danny now specialises in management roles across the hospitality sector in the US and Canada, with a particular focus on holiday resorts and luxury destinations.

Declan's journey in hospitality began at his first job in a local hotel in his hometown in Ireland, as soon as he was legally old enough to work. His passion for the industry quickly grew, leading him to study Hospitality Management in college.

From there, he built a successful career, rising through the ranks at various hotels across Ireland and the USA After completing his studies, and once the pandemic had passed. Declan returned to North America and settled in Vancouver, BC, which he now proudly calls home
