The Team

Lara Dos Santos

Lara was born and raised in Lisbon, Portugal. After a few years working in fashion retail, she took on the world of recruitment. Lara heads up our UK hotel desk recruiting for all levels management positions for some of the UK’s most luxurious properties. Her recruitment skills are based upon understanding the needs of her clients and her candidates, always interacting with them to make the right match!

Ed Stevenson

Ed is a born and raised Londoner with over 10 years’ experience working in hospitality. From managing gastro pubs to wine bars, he has always been in the front line of customer service He managed high end wine shops selling luxury products to high end clients. He joined the UK hotels team in 2022 and works with placing staff at all levels in our clients’ properties

Beatrice Forest-Valentine

Beatrice joined the team in 2012 and successfully completed our in house training program. After a Bachelor degree in hospitality and tourism management, she graduated with a Master in Hospitality Management from A.I.M International Business School. With an early career in France, Canada and the UK in positions across front of house and F&B division within luxury boutique and international branded hotel operations, she has gained an excellent knowledge of the industry.
