Welcome to the Productivity Coaching Program at Keller Williams Gateway!

We are so excited to be partnering with you on your journey to becoming a successful Real Estate Agent!

The Productivity Coaching Program is designed for Real Estate Agents who are new to the business of real estate or who have been with another brokerage but are still relatively new in their careers. This program, which is designed to be completed within a year, will teach you everything you need to know to be successful in your first several years at Keller Williams.

This binder will be your ‘Roadmap to Success." Inside, we have outlined the steps you need to take in the first 30-60-90 days in business, as well as a TON of resources for you to use as you learn the ropes.

You will also learn about the culture at Keller Williams; our Mission, Vision, Values, and what makes our company special and unique, as well as the terms and acronyms we use regularly

Training and classes are a vital part of your learning experience at Keller Williams, and you will be expected to complete ALL of the training described in the following pages. Part of our job is to make sure that you are EXCELLENT at what you do and not a liability to yourself or the company, so please understand that we take your training, both on your own and in the weekly group sessions, seriously.

You will also be partnered with a Transaction Coach, which will be an added resource for you in this period. Feel free to contact them when you need help with contracts. In addition, you are encouraged to ask for shadowing and growth opportunities whenever possible. The more you 'plug in’ to your new chosen career, the more you will learn and the faster you will be on your way to becoming a Rockstar Agent!
