ABOUTTHE HOUSE
Welcome to CopperTop! Situated among the red rock ledges of the Kanab Creek Rancho's this home is filled wall to wall with astonishing views featuring a beautiful porch that wraps around the house. This home has 2,000 sq. feet of living space with a splash of western feel, creating peace & enjoyment for your friends and family. Backing up to Public (BLM) Lands provides added seclusion and offering several hiking, biking, ATV, and horse trails within walking distance. This home comes completely stocked with everything to make your stay comfortable and furry family members will love the fenced yard & large grass area. The family-friendly quiet neighborhood is perfect for taking a walk or just enjoying the breathtaking views and peaceful desert evenings. We think you will agree that CopperTop is the perfect place to relax after a day of adventure in Southern Utah.

OVERSIZEPARKING
In addition to the driveway and garage parking, there is also a very large lower parking area for trailers and RVs located west just past the house and before the Bunting trail head parking area.

Pet covers for beds and furniture are located in the pantry. Please do not wash pets inside the house. Doggie poop bags are located in the pantry, please clean up after your pet.
