“The city of Coppell and surrounding communities should swell with pride at this magnificent venue. Cities the size of most North Texas towns don’t get to offer such a dazzling $22 million theater complex to the community.
We’ve performed my play — AMON! The Ultimate Texan — about Amon “Mr. Fort Worth” Carter in six cities, seven theaters for, as of today, 36 performances. By far, the Coppell Arts Center is the grandest, closestto-perfect of all the theaters we’ve visited.
We were honored to be chosen as the first play to be performed in the new 440-seat theater in July 2021. The theater is terrific, and the entire staff offers 5-star customer service.

DINOSAUR ZOO LIVE™ is an educational yet exhilarating performance that guides audiences on a journey through prehistoric Australia, facing lifelike dinosaurs and other creatures along the way. This large-scale cast of dinosaur puppets is brought to life by sophisticated design, theatrical presentation, and puppet mastery. These lifelike dinosaur recreations connect children to paleontology in a fun and informative setting. The production will feature sixteen dinosaurs on stage, including the awesome Triceratops, which Erth created uniquely for the North American tour.

DINOSAUR ZOO LIVE™ is the creation of one of Australia’s most innovative and creative companies, Erth Visual & Physical, Inc., who bring the impossible to life.
DINOSAUR ZOO LIVE™ is directed by Scott Wright the co-founder of Erth Visual and Physical Inc. and its Artistic Director since inception in 1990. He trained as a dancer and choreographer in Victoria, Australia and is a multiskilled artist incorporating puppetry (one of his greatest loves), movement, acting, aerial, stilts and pyrotechnics.
The dinosaurs and other creature puppets, as well as the flora and fauna that make up the set are designed by Steve Howarth, a founding and fulltime member of Erth.
The North American tour of Erth’s DINOSAUR ZOO LIVE™ is produced by Red Tail Entertainment. The production team is rounded out by Sharon Kerr, Executive Director at Erth Visual & Physical, and Anna Young, General Manager at Erth Visual & Physical. Erth’s Technical Manager is Phil Downing, and Deanna Fitzgerald designed the lighting.
