As the 20th anniversary of Pomona and District Community House (PCH) approaches, president Joy Cross says she can detect within the community a ‘strong, tangible and increasing’ atmosphere of spirit, friendship, belonging and openness. Joy told the PCH annual general meeting that its new vision statement ‘Community Spirit at its Best’ sums up what PCH stands for.

This is evident in the programs and activities offered by the community house that are aimed at social inclusion, health, wellbeing, information sharing and social cohesion.
