Inspired by La Peregrina— the world-famous pearl that passed from the Spanish monarchy to Napoleon Bonaparte’s brother before appearing on the neck of Elizabeth Taylor. This Plaza Hotel’s rooftop bar, La Perla, occupies what was once the penthouse suite where the starlet lived during her marriage to Nicky Hilton.

This multi-space dining experience was created for the iconic Chef Dean Fearing. Seven different spaces take guests from brunch to cocktail hour to dining.
Special features of the space include an elevated Chef’s Table, stitched rawhide chandeliers, and glowing onyx arches.

The Laurel Hotel & Spa is a boutique hotel located within the 140,000 Square foot Tony and Libba Rane Culinary Science Center. It features 32 guest rooms, and 6 leased units.
This hotel is completely led and managed by students of the Hospitality Management program at Auburn University. This hotel is also the only AAA 5-diamond recipient in the state of Alabama.

As part of a 75,000 square foot renovation at the Crowne Plaza Ravinia, our team was tasked with reinventing the hotel’s lobby, the lobby cafe and bar as well as the lower level atrium restaurant, bar and private dining room.

The Spa features 2 locker rooms with steam and sauna, a reflection lounge, a salt room, a couples treatment room, and 5 individual treatment rooms.
This spa is led and managed by students of the Hospitality Management program at Auburn University.
