Historic Rehabilitation + Adaptive Reuse
We believe that all buildings have a story to be revealed. This is why we celebrate their historic character and strive to ensure their continuing relevance and contribution to the community. Rehabilitation and adaptive reuse design requires sensitivity to a place’s cultural context as well as experience with the technical challenges that come with working in an existing building. Our architects and designers are thought leaders and specialists whose sole focus is the creation of exceptional spaces and places, whether our client is seeking historic preservation-related financial incentives, complying with government guidelines, or adapting and rehabilitating a building for any reason.
