Historic Rehabilitation Every historic building has a story worth preserving. Our Historic Rehabilitation specialists reveal and celebrate the character of significant buildings while preparing them to remain relevant and contribute to their communities. This work requires sensitivity to cultural context, a deep understanding of existing structures, and experience navigating the technical requirements of historic properties. Whether our clients are pursuing Historic Preservation Tax Credits and other financial incentives or complying with local, state, and federal preservation guidelines, we help protect what makes a place meaningful while supporting its next chapter.
