Thevendormaybidpersonally,orbyarepresentative,orthroughthe auctioneer,providedthatthebidislessthanthereserveprice.The auctioneershallidentifyeachvendorbidasitismade.
Thevendormaywithdrawthepropertyatanytimebeforeithasbeen soldandwithoutdeclaringthereserveprice.
Ifadisputearisesconcerninganybid,theauctioneermaydetermine thedisputeorre-offerthepropertyatthelastundisputedbid.
Thepurchasershallimmediatelyonthecompletionoftheauction: (a)signtheMemorandumofContract,failingwhichtheauctioneermay signonbehalfofthepurchaser; (b)paytothevendor’slicensedrealestateagentthedepositbeing10% ofthepurchasepriceunlessotherwiseagreed;and (c)completeitsGSTinformationinSchedule3,ifapplicable.
