• Aerate by making small holes in the ground to improve oxygen circulation and drainage.
• Feed a fertilizernitrogen-rich lawn feed to help growth.
• Mow early spring with a higher mower setting then gradually lower. Helps nurture grass gently back to health.
• Remove weeds when first emerging.
• 0verseed to revitalize thin areas.
• Water thoroughly but less often.
• Check for moss - treat early to prevent escalation. Either rake-out or use treatments such as MO Bacter.

• Trim edges for a neat finish.

Breeding & nesting season gets underway so put out high-energy food such as suet, peanuts, sunflower hearts and mealworms. Keep feeders out for the birds throughout spring as there will be babies to feed too.
Clean or replace feeders regularly and ensure they are topped up daily. Keep water fresh and replaced daily.
