What machines involed in palm oil production process?
Palm oil production process is a complex process. There are a series of palm oil machines are used in palm oil processing process. They are : palm fruit sterilizing machine, palm fruit threshing machine, palm fruit digseting machine, palm oil press machine, crude palm oil clarification machine and so on. Next , i will tell you the each palm oil machine functions: 1.Sterilization: Use the high temperature to boil the bunch and sterilize(145°C,90-120min). 2.Threshing: separate the fruit from the bunch through strong vibrating. 3.Digesting: Stirring the fruit,then digest again. 4.Pressing: Separate the flesh and kernel, get crude palm oil and kernel (no crack-send to the palm kernel oil mill plant). 5.Clarification: Separate the oil and sludge(get 90% pure oil),the oil contains 45%-55% moisture,sludge and other wastes. 6.Purification: Oil purifying treatment-increase the purity. 7.Drying: Use the Continuous Vacuum Drier pumps the moisture from the oil,then the moisture decrease to 0.1%.
