About the Cookbook Side Dishes are like the supporting actors in a stage play. Without these characters, the show would be incomplete. The following dishes are perfect for the holidays or even just everyday eating alone.

They are adoptable to the vegetarian or vegan way of eating as well. in our “Interactive Cookbook� each recipe will have, ingredients listed, steps and a video of me actually preparing the dish.

The dishes are all cooked for two and can be easily scaled for larger servings.

I want you to make the dishes your own. Feel free to exchange and subtract any ingredient and use mine as your guide and encouragement to create and explore.

Cooking In The Raw! Sauteed’ Green Cabbage w/ Pears

ingredients: ¼ head Cabbage Sliced 1 sm Onion Sliced 1 bosc Pear Sliced 1 Garlic Clove minced Salt and Pepper to taste Parsley Garnish EVOO

Steps: ● ● ● ● ● ● ●

Wash cabbage drain Heat EVOO in saute’ pan on medium heat add cabbage cook till tender add onion, garlic add Pears cook till tender adjust seasoning s/p add parsley Serve

Ingredients: 1 15 oz can or 16 oz Fresh Sweet corn kernels reserve the juice 1/2 Onion small diced 1 clove garlic minced ¼ c T Half n Half 1 t Herbs (mixed or your choice) Salt and Pepper to taste EVOO

Steps: ● ● ● ● ● ● ● ● ●

heat oil in pan on medium heat add onion till softened add garlic do not brown add corn toss to heat and mix add herb add half and half reduce to medium thickness salt and pepper to taste toss and serve
