Pathway Plumbing Service (PPS) was formed by Ricky Morris and Kaelun Brown and is the only Koorie owned commercial plumbing company in Victoria.
Our vision is to provide a work platform that promotes employment, mentoring and training opportunities for First Nations Australians throughacareerintheplumbingindustry.

In 2021 PPS became part of Cooke & Dowsett PlumbingGroup(CDPG)afterworkingsuccessfullyin partnershipfromearly2020.
From the initial meeting, it was evident that both parties shared similar values, principles, and goals. From this point the decision was unanimous and a strongworkingrelationshipwasformed.
Thelearningsandstrengthshavebeenveryrewarding for both companies. Business partners Ricky Morris and Kaelun Brown bring 30 years of plumbing experience whilst acting as guiding spirits for young First Nations Australians through mentoring and educationofIndigenousculture.

Melbourne Docklands Studios Soundstage Six Project, Kane Constructions,
Chelsea Train Station Upgrades forming part of the State Governments Level Crossing Removal Project for client Acciona Coleman Rail - Joint Venture.
Melbourne Metro Tunnel and Stations (PPP) CYP Design & Construct - Joint Venture.
In August 2021, Kane Constructions was awardedthe$50MillionDesignandConstruct contracttodelivertheNorthcoteAquaticand RecreationCentre(NARC).
Once completed, the new NARC will offer indoorandoutdoorpoolsaswellasincreased opportunities to participate in health and wellbeing activities, through larger and additionalprogrammingspacesandanadded warm water pool for exercise and rehabilitation.
The new NARC will be a 6 Star Green Star rated facility, demonstrating Council’s commitment to and leadership in climate action and in delivering innovative environmentallysustainableprojects.
The design has been shaped by consultation with the community and the Wurundjeri Woi Wurrung Cultural Heritage Aboriginal Corporation and has been designed by architectsWarrenandMahoney. Estimatedforcompletionmid2023.

Ricky Morris is a Gunditjmara man from HeywoodinWesternVictoria.Rickyhasbeen in plumbing for thirty years and has certainly had a diverse array of life experiences. He wants to give back to his community by being a cultural mentor for young men and womenwhentheyhitthecrossroadsinlife.
Kaelun is a Gunditjmara, Yorta Yorta and Wiradjuri man and has been a plumber for eight years. The partnership with Ricky has empowered Kaelun to use his voice to speak up and make changes in the industry. Kaelun asserts that he has “grown as a man and as a human”underRicky’sguidance.
