The Plumbing And Gas Guys (TPAGG) have completed their first small construction project for EMAC on the new Synkro Wellness Centre at the Karrinyup Shopping Centre. Thank you to Guy Vincent from Cooke & Dowsett acting as Project Manager during the project and to Ross Gallacher for stepping up in the role of Site Manager. TPAGG is continuing to work with Cooke & Dowsett in Western Australia on the Defect Liability Period for their projects, recently completing the contract for the Parmelia Hilton.

We also wish to welcome our new General Manager, Aaron Harrison-Stewart. Aaron joins us with an extensive background in commercial and maintenance plumbing. We look forward to Aaron strengthening our position in the Perth market.
