When Chadd Cooke joined Scott Dowsett's Plumbing business in 2008 to form Cooke & Dowsett, the union combined years of plumbing expertise and industry knowledge. The company has steadily grown and has allowed us to strengthen our offering under the umbrella of Cooke & Dowsett Plumbing Group. Our clients include many ‘tier one’ contractors who we have proven, longterm experience on large projects spanning the retail, residential, accommodation, health, infrastructure, education, commercial and defence sectors. Our continual expansion is largely due to our strategic vision and passion to be innovative, commercially aware of our surroundings and needs, encourage diversity within the group and ensure we are a company whos values go beyond financial gains. Scott Dowsett A founding partner and well respected leader within the industry with more than 30 years experience. Scott established his first plumbing business in 1992 and merged with Chadd Cooke in 2008 to form Cooke & Dowsett, which has grown into a nationally acclaimed company. Scott is President of the Master Plumbers Association and on the board of numerous not-forprofit organisations with a focus on supporting Indigenous youth. Scott actively drives cutting edge technology and innovation in the company and through out the industry.
Chadd Cooke Chadd has lived and breathed plumbing after starting out at a tier one commercial plumbing company and boasts over 27 years of experience within commercial plumbing. Chadd commenced his apprenticeship in 1989, and worked his way through the business from site management, estimating, project and construction management. In 2008 Chadd joined forces with Scott Dowsett, together an enviable force and highly regarded within the industry.

PROFILE Craig began his plumbing career in 1996 as a Master Plumbers Apprentice working in both regional areas and the Melbourne CBD. Craig has gone on to gain extensive experience in managing large scale commercial projects throughout NSW, VIC and SA. A valued member of the Cooke & Dowsett Albury (CDA) Team, Craig’s Project Management experience has recently been strengthened by the completion of a Diploma in Project Management at RMIT. Craig prides himself on his ability to get the best outcome for each of his clients and is an active member of the Master Plumbers and Plumbers Union. Cooke & Dowsett Albury (CDA) is a leader in its field offering comprehensive estimating services, contract administration, project management and design and construct packages. CDA works together with many leading commercial builders and architects, continuing to achieve excellent project results. CDA has a strong focus on retail, accommodation, infrastructure, health, education and commercial property sectors.
