Da Robatech una novità per la piegatura precisa del cartone ondulato Robatech ha recentemente lanciato sul mercato uno speciale dosatore di liquidi, PerfectFold, che rappresenta un’innovazione assoluta nella piegatura rapida e precisa del cartone ondulato.

La cordonatura del cartone ondulato è spesso associata a problemi quali la rottura della piega, gli spazi imprecisi e il fishtailing. PerfectFold, il dosatore per liquidi brevettato da Robatech, azienda svizzera esperta in tecnologie e sistemi di applicazione di adesivi, offre una soluzione. Grazie all’applicazione senza contatto del liquido cordonatore SpeedUp su due linee di piega, i fustellati di cartone ondulato possono essere ora piegati con precisione e con meno sforzo.

Le linee di piegatura così ammorbidite eliminano completamente le interruzioni di piega e il risultato already during production.

Robatech: a market innovation for the precise folding of corrugated board Robatech has recently launched a special liquid creaser, PerfectFold, which represents an absolute innovation for the fast and precise folding of corrugated board. Corrugated board creasing is often associated with problems such as crease breakage, è di un’elevata precisione. Le confezioni in cartone ondulato cordonate con PerfectFold risultano quindi avere dimensioni interne ed esterne esatte e costanti, tanto che gli inserti possono essere inseriti senza particolari problemi.

Il liquido di cordonatura SpeedUp aumenta la stabilità del processo PerfectFold, l’innovativa soluzione introdotta da Robatech, utilizza un’unità di alimentazione, due pistole applicatrici modello Sempre 30, il programmatore AS 50 e un’unità di comando esterna dotata di touch panel.

Lo speciale liquido di cordonatura SpeedUp, che non lascia residui sul cartone ondulato, è stato sviluppato appositamente per PerfectFold ed è commercializzato al momento da Robatech in Europa e in Turchia. Il funzionamento è semplice: il dosatore applica il liquido per cordonatura su due linee di piega senza contatto per ridurne la rigidità; quindi, la piegatura avviene agilmente lungo queste linee con precisione e in maniera agile.

A seconda del tipo e delle dimensioni del cartone ondulato, è possibile un aumento significativo della velocità della macchina.

Inoltre, il tempo e l’impegno di impostazione degli strumenti di cordonatura e piegatura si riducono al minimo grazie alla minore rigidità del cartone ondulato.

Le macchine per l’incollaggio di scatole pieghevoli possono quindi operare con una velocità di produzione maggiore e con costi di installazione inferiori beneficiando non per ultimo del fatto che si riducono tangibilmente il numero di interruzioni del sistema.

Il risultato finale è di certo una maggiore stabilità dell’intero processo produttivo.
