di stampa. Ricordiamo che la OnyxGO è frutto di oltre 200 interviste che Uteco ha condotto presso i propri clienti in tutto il mondo e quindi è la perfetta sintesi di un progetto nato praticamente dal basso, dalle esigenze del mercato.

TECNOLOGIA ACTIVE PACK, UN’ATTENZIONE CONCRETA ALLA SOSTENIBILITÀ

400 metri al minuto di velocità massima, è caratterizzata da diversi automatismi rivolti alla massima riduzione di scarti di materiale. Annunciata infatti con uno scarto in avviamento di 18 metri, durante il cambio lavoro della demo, in realtà dopo solo 8 metri la macchina è entrata in piena produzione. Quello che maggiormente colpisce, oltre ovviamente agli aspetti tecnologici, è la grande attenzione dedicata da Uteco al design di questo modello, peraltro non fine a sé stesso, ma ampiamente volto a migliorare l’ergonomia e l’esperienza d’uso degli operatori di macchina, con il pulpito di comando a bordo macchina che può essere alzato o abbassato a seconda dell’esigenza dell’operatore, che da lì anche comodamente seduto può governare tutto il processo

Interessante l’attenzione del costruttore veronese agli aspetti di sostenibilità, che sulla OnyxGO trovano sintesi nell’Active Pack, un pacchetto di soluzioni tecnologiche di altissimo livello ognuna delle quali porta a risparmi concreti di consumi energetici e materiali di consumo che Uteco ha calcolato ammontare all’incirca a 100 mila € l’anno.

Active Start, Active Dry e Active Ink sono I tre moduli che compongono l’Active Pack; il primo è dedicato al setup macchina che viene perfezionato in 3 minuti con uno scarto minimo di materiale, grazie al quale vengono risparmiati circa 35 mila € di scarti.

Il miglioramento del consumo di energia è garantito invece da Active Dry che elargisce flussi d’aria in funzione delle caratteristiche di stampa di ciascuna unità, per un consumo di energia ridotto del 50% e infine Active Ink

OnyxGO, which we have already extensively described in one of our articles published in Converter in November/December

2022 (article also available on our portal converter.it) is a concentrate of innovations, technology, and design functional to ergonomics and energy saving, which make it the most compact 8/10 color central drum flexo machine on the market today. 10 meters long, 5 meters wide for a total occupied area of 50m2, capable of reaching a maximum speed of 400 meters per mi- nute, it is characterized by various automatisms aimed at the maximum reduction of material waste. In fact, announced with a start-up waste of 18 meters during the job changeover of the demo, in reality after only 8 meters the machine went into full production. What is most striking, obviously in addition to the technological aspects, is the great attention paid by Uteco to the con un sistema di dosaggio inchiostro ottimizzato secondo le reali esigenze di ogni singola unità di stampa grazie al quale si ottiene un risparmio di energia del 60% circa.

La OnyxGO risulta essere una macchina da stampa estremamente versatile e idonea a numerose applicazioni multi-materiale (film plastico, alluminio, carta, cartoncino, laminati). Per facilitare la scelta di configurazione da parte del cliente, in base alle diverse applicazioni da realizzare, Uteco ha inoltre previsto 4 kit per applicazioni base acqua (Kit water-based), lavori in carta e cartoncino che richiedono particolari configurazioni di tensione del nastro (Kit Heavy Duties), per lavori in zone calde e umide (Kit Tropicalization), e per produzioni che necessitano di processare l’alluminio (Kit Aluminium). Avvincente, spettacolare e molto ben organizzata la presentazione e la demo di stampa che è stata senz’altro il momento clou della giornata.

ACTIVE PACK TECHNOLOGY, CONCRETE ATTENTION TO SUSTAINABILITY

The Veronese manufacturer’s attention to sustainability aspects is interesting, which on the OnyxGO are summarized in the Active Pack, a package of top-level technological solutions, each of which leads to concrete savings in energy consumption and consumables that Uteco has calculated approximately amount to €100,000 a year.
