Safety Culture - The Way we Do Things here.

Safety culture meetings are underway with Operations at Quintette, creating a focused forum to strengthen how safety is approached across the operation These sessions are designed to move beyond compliance and foster a shared mindset where safety is consistently embedded in day-to-day decision-making and leadership practices

To improve employee safety, we established safer access to the SP 5 ponds by repairing an existing road originally built for power line installation The new route is less steep, easier to maintain in winter, and provides safer access for employees and equipment when maintenance is required
