At Willow Creek, success isn't just measured in tonnes moved or shifts completed—it's in the people who grow along the way. For Jessica, one of the most satisfying aspects of her role as training coordinator has been witnessing that growth firsthand

“Watching someone become a skilled and confident operator, achieving their solo and earning that promotion—it’s more than just a job milestone,”she says. “It’s a moment of personal pride and future potential for them.”

Jessica believes the transformation of operators isn’t just beneficial to the workplace it creates a ripple effect. “The growth they foster doesn't just benefit the workplace; it becomes a lasting asset in their careers and lives. That ripple effect knowing your training helped someone advance is deeply meaningful.”

Her own journey has been shaped by a culture of openness and support. “Since I started, there’s always been the practice of ‘Our doors are always open.’ Whether I needed quick advice, help solving a problem, or just some guidance, someone was always there. I could walk into an office, make a call, or send a quick message even with what might have seemed like a ridiculous question and no one ever hesitated to take the time to educate me.”

That culture helped build her confidence and fueled her desire to support others. “That open-door support helped me grow and gave me the confidence to educate and support others. That’s the spirit of One Conuma in action.”

While the support at work has been powerful, Jessica is quick to recognize the foundation behind her personal strength is her husband. “He’s been my constant cheerleader through every challenge and achievement Whether I’ve had long days, doubts, or big wins to celebrate, he’s always been there, pushing me forward and reminding me what I’m capable of.”

Jessica’s passion for growth, her commitment to others, and her embodiment of the One Conuma spirit make her an outstanding addition to the Willow Creek training team.
