Vault Process Certification Vault Process Certification (VPC) ensures consistency in performance, stronger plastics, lower weight and higher cost savings. VPC approved plastic resins contain unique additives that allow the bags to have thinner walls (“lower film gauges”) without sacrificing any of the strength of thicker bags (“higher film gauges”). The result is a lighter bag that saves money on shipping weight and has a lower impact on the environment. The mechanical properties of VPC bags are strictly prescribed in order to withstand the vigor of cash vault and armored truck environments. Slip level (technically called the “coefficient of friction”) is specially formulated so that filled bags can be palletized without the risk of sliding or bursting. Bags that earn the VPC seal can provide dramatic improvements in cash management performance, while lowering costs of the vault and other currency handling processes.

Unrivaled Tamper-Evident Tape The new adhesive spans the entire width of the bag, and combined with its fold-over closure, it ensures there are no vulnerable openings, making contents completely secure.
Pull & Open Detection Security micro-cuts in the tape selfdestruct when attempts to pick or pull the tape seal up from the bag leaving a very noticeable sign that an effort was made to compromise the closure. Fluid & Chemical Detection Security message smears at fluid & chemical exposure.
Complete Temperature Protection The tape seal is equipped with the industry‘s widest temperature range, displaying a void message from -130°F (-90°C) to +176°F (+80°C), ensuring comprehensive protection from heating or freezing attempts.
Freezing Attempt Detection The seal disintegrates when subjected to extreme cold temperature, making tampering immediately noticeable. Once exposed, the bag cannot be resealed without leaving evidence.
