Escort Liaison Greetings

Greetings Parents, Family, Friends and well-wishers of the Pearls of Perfection 2025 Cotillion Class.

I am truly proud to present 11 Perfect Gentlemen who have been chosen to escort the Polished, Poised and Prepared young ladies of the 2025 Debutante Class.

Over the past 6 months, these young men have been working diligently in preparation for tonight. In addition to fulfilling their commitments as scholars, athletes, and community members, they have attended workshops and activities in the following areas: College Preparedness, Empowerment/Self Awareness, Etiquette, Project Planning and Management, Leadership Development, Community Service and Waltz practices. It was during these Waltz practices and more specifically, during the Escort presentation practice, where we saw these boys become young men. They worked hard, and surprisingly, caught onto the routine quickly. To the parents of these young men, job well done!

The Contra Costa Alumnae Chapter of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc. is glad to have served as guides on this journey and we wish you all continued success with obtaining your goals, your future endeavors and idealizing your aspirations. Tonight is your night.

On behalf of our chapter, we thank you for being a part of this momentous occasion and ask that you continue to love, guide and support these young ladies and gentlemen as they journey throughout life. Much appreciation to Sharmian A. Mims, who dedicated time to help choreograph and teach this routine, as a team, we completed a virtuous task.

Love & Blessings,

Dr. Cecily Allmon

Workshops Greetings

It is with great pride that we celebrate the 2024-2025 Pearls of Perfection Debutantes and Escorts. I am honored to have chaired the workshop committee for this exemplary program in which the sole purpose was to assist the young ladies and their escorts to become Polished, Poised and Prepared. It is our aspiration that by participating in this program they were able to gain skills that they will use for a lifetime.

Our Debutantes and Escorts have embraced transformation through their participation in the various workshops. In August, we kicked off the program with the Impeccable Speaking and Bio Writing workshop where participants gained skills to assist with how to share their ideas through essay writing and public speaking. In our next workshop, the focus was on the importance of Mental Health, Self-love and Healthy Relationships as they move forward on their journey. Also, Mr. Micheal Lucas educated the parents on the process of financing college. In December, our past Debutantes and Escorts joined us for a College Panel to share their college experiences with current participants. Lastly, Mrs. Tina Hayes of The School of Etiquette & Decorum presented our Etiquette workshop just in time for the Cotillion Ball.

Congratulations to the Pearls of Perfection 2024-2025 Debutante and Escort Class, you embraced transformation through your completion to the workshops and the other components of the program.

When she's not excelling academically or athletically, Anisa loves traveling with her family. She is especially excited about the possibility of studying abroad in France or Spain during college. Anisa plans to major in nursing, a field she is incredibly passionate about.

Coming from a proud military family, Anisa is also considering joining the Navy Officer Candidate School (OCS) to serve her country while pursuing her dreams. It’s a tradition she’s eager to carry forward and make her own. Anisa's future is as bright as her present.

Anisa is presented by her father, Virgil Waldon, and is escorted by Isaiah Roldan-Peralta, son of Gina Peralta and Benito Murguia.
