Ⅲ. Design Specification 1. Steel Framework Material Main frame used hot-rolled steel profile Cold formed steel profiles in a thickness of 1.5mm～3.2mm Galvanized light gauge steel in a thickness of 1.0mm～1.6mm

Surface Treatment and Paint Material & Standards: Sand blast to clean rusts and create a protection velamen on the face; Sprays 10um antirust lacquer; Finally, sprays 60um protect velamen.

Ⅴ. Electrical Equipments Standard: Execute AS standard code Voltage: 220/380V, 50HZ Distribution box: “Hager” brand box put IEC standard MCB/RCD. Wiring: all the wiring have the AS standard, and also the connect method meet Australia code. The switch use 2*1.5mm cable, white and red, the powerpoint use 3*2.5mm cable, red color is the active line, black color is the neutral line, yellow green color is the earth line.

Ⅷ. Mounting 1. Start on the separated foundation, Smart housing totally needs 16concrete block foundation, with size 30×30× 30cm, distribute it along the length beam, divided each beam into coordinate 2 parts, and divided the width beam into coordinate 2 parts.
