INGREDIENTS:

• 1 pound of 99% lean ground turkey

• 1 chicken breast (uncooked)

• 1 egg

• ¼ cup chopped red pepper

• ¼ cup shredded mozzarella cheese

• 1 tablespoon minced garlic

• ¼ cup minced cilantro

• 2 slices of Swiss cheese (Trust me!)

• Sea Salt

• White Pepper

• Turkey seasoning

• Oregano

• Basel leaves (for topping)

• Sesame oil

INSTRUCTIONS:

1 | Preheat oven to 375 degrees. 2 | Cube the chicken breast into bite size squares, less than an inch each. 3 | In a large mixing bowl mix in your egg, ground turkey, cubed chicken, and all the other ingredients together. With your hands combine all material, folding and mash everything together. 4 | Season per your desire with all the above spices (add more things you like if you wish). 5 | Once the mixing is done form your loaf into a long bread shape with a thickness of about 2 inches, place onto a baking sheet with a smear of sesame oil underneath to prevent sticking. 6 | Bake for 50 minutes, check to see how it is. 7 | Add two slices of swiss and basil on top of the loaf and bake an additional 5 minutes.
