The project schedule must be presented in a format that clearly communicates the project goals to multiple entities. This workshop leads participants through a hands-on application-based learning exercise using an example project that reflects the challenges we face when scheduling a project.

Every project participant makes decisions that have potential legal ramifications and resultant additional costs. This workshop, with an attorney and claims consultant as instructors, will show participants how early knowledge of potential problems is the price of success.
