A landslide that began in late February along a section of State Route 150 (SR 150) in Ventura County, Calif., has closed an entire section of the two-lane highway — approximately 150 ft. — due to a series of atmospheric river storms that have hit California. Citing its vision to protect and build on the progress made over the past three years, the Biden administration released its proposed budget for the 2025 fiscal year.
