The construction industry remains wide open and inviting for just about anyone seriously considering a rewarding career opportunity. The jobs are plentiful and employers are hot to hire committed workers. In fact, contractors are working hard to come up with new and inventive ways to attract and retain young skilled workers not only in the field but in the office.
