Flexible Pavements Holds Annual Ohio Asphalt Expo

F

lexible Pavements of Ohio held its Annual Ohio Asphalt Expo on March 25 and 26 at the Hilton Polaris in Columbus, Ohio. Ohio’s leading asphalt paving equipment, product and service providers presented their equipment in an outdoor exhibit area and indoors on tabletop displays. The event opened with public agency officials joining industry representatives for a roundtable discussion on contracting, paving and concrete roadway rehabilitation. During the annual meeting, Robert Bailey was presented with the Baker Award and The McLean Company’s Scott McLean was presented with the Industry Service Award. Flexible Pavements of Ohio was founded in 1962 as an association focused on providing members with educational, technical, marketing and legislative support geared toward the development and advancement of Ohio’s quality asphalt pavement construction.
