The Massachusetts Port Authority (Massport) is nearing the end of a major renovation of Boston’s Logan International Airport’s Runway 4L22R. This rehabilitation project was necessary to maintain the functionality and safety of the runway, and includes new centerline lighting and repaving of the entire runway. The airport is located in East Boston neighborhood of Boston, and covers 2,384 acres. Massachusetts to Oregon: DOTs Unveil Signs to Mark Each End of Route 20 Highway Administrator Thomas J. Tinlin joined city of Boston officials and MassDOT personnel at an event to unveil MassDOT’s mileage sign at the eastern end of Route 20 in Kenmore Square in Boston. “There are many things that divide our country, but Route 20 is one thing that connects us,” said Tinlin. “It has been our pleasure to join with leaders in Newport [Oregon] to highlight this historic highway that passes through 12
