Richard Benck Passes Away at 91 Richard W. Benck, age 91 of Naperville, Ill., passed away peacefully on May 9, 2021, at his home. He was born at his home on the family farm on Nov. 17, 1929, in Grant Park, Ill., to Carl and Louise Benck. Mr. Benck’s family did not have very much as he was growing up, but somehow, he overcame many obstacles that were put in his path. Joining the Air Force during the Korean War changed the trajectory of his life. He learned skills and received an education. He married Mary Mussman on Dec. 23, 1951, and together they discovered a passion for
