Pizza Pasta Bake:
8 oz. mushrooms, sliced
1 lb. Italian sausage
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 onion, diced (reserve a few for the topping)
28 oz. pizza sauce
1 bell pepper, diced (reserve a few for the topping)
1/2 cup black olives, sliced
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. black pepper
1/2 tsp. Italian seasoning
1/2 cup bacon, cooked & crumbled
1 egg
3.25 oz. pepperoni (reserved a few for the topping)
1 cup whole milk
1/2 cup parmesan cheese, grated
3 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
8 oz. rotini noodles, cooked 1 minute less than al dente
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Heat oil in a large skillet; add crumbled Italian sausage, onions, bell peppers, and mushrooms. Cook until sausage is cooked through, drain. Turn heat to low, add meat mixture back to skillet and add garlic; stir constantly for 1 minute. Add pizza sauce, salt, black pepper, Italian seasoning, bacon, pepperoni and black olives; stir occasionally until warmed through. Prepare noodles by cooking them 1 minute less the al dente instructions. While noodles are boiling, combine the egg, milk and parmesan cheese. Drain noodles and toss with egg mixture. Place noodles in a greased 9 x 13 inch pan. Next, layer meat sauce, mozzarella cheese, and any reserved pizza toppings. Bake 20 minutes or until warmed through and cheese is melted.
Impossibly Easy Pizza Pie:
1 medium onion, chopped
1/3 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1/2 cup Original Bisquick mix
1 cup milk
2 eggs
1 8 oz. can pizza sauce
1/2 package (3 oz. size) sliced pepperoni
1/4 cup chopped green bell pepper 3/4 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Spray 9-inch glass pie plate with cooking spray. Sprinkle onion and Parmesan cheese in the pie plate. In a medium bowl, stir in Bisquick mix, milk and eggs with a wire whisk or fork until blended; pour into pie plate. Bake 20 minutes. Spread with pizza sauce; top with remaining ingredients. Bake 10 – 15 minutes longer or until cheese is a light golden brown. Let stand for 5 minutes before serving. Sprinkle with additional Parmesan cheese if desired.
Festive Pizza Appetizers:
1 8 oz. container dill, ranch or spinach dip
1 16 oz. ready to serve pizza crust 2 cups chopped fresh vegetables 1/2 cup finely shredded cheddar cheese
Spread dip over pizza crust within 1/2 inch of edge. Sprinkle with vegetables and cheese. Cut into 1 1/2 in squares.

Consolidated is proud to announce the 2022 Consolidated scholarship winners. Ten $1,000 scholarships have been awarded to outstanding graduating seniors whose parents or guardians are customers of Consolidated. Seventy students applied for 10 scholarships. Applicants were judged primarily on the written essay topic “How do social media, texting, cell phones, and the Inter net make the world bigger? Smaller?” High school honors & awards, and community activities were used as tie-breakers.
Consolidated has invested in our youth through a scholarship program for over 33 years. We are proud to offer this program and continue to show its commitment to the youth in our service area. Congratulations to this year’s Consolidated scholarship winners and the entire class of 2022!

6 Graduates
Bailey Olson is new to our accounting department doing a wide variety of accounting functions. She is a native of South Heart and received her Bachelor’s degree in accounting and business administration from NDSU. Bailey enjoys going to the lake, hunting, fishing, watching sports and planning her wedding to fiancé Caleb Chruszch. “I love the detail-orientedness of accounting. I chose to work for Consolidated because of the great reputation they have as an employer.”
Jesse Haugen is a new locator/combination technician for Consolidated. His main job duties are locating and helping area technicians with installs. Jesse was born and raised in Dickinson and is married to Jenny Haugen. He enjoys hunting and hiking in the badlands. “I loved working for the telecom industry in Minnesota, and being able to come back and work at Consolidated is a perfect fit.”
