CONSIGLI’S EMPLOYEE REFERRAL PROGRAM HELP US GROW THE CONSIGLI TEAM—AND BE REWARDED FOR IT! Many of the best candidates for employment are referred to us from current Consigli employees. Continue to help us build our team and get rewarded for your efforts! The Consigli Employee Referral Program rewards employees with a financial "Thank You," when a referred candidate is hired.

HOW IT WORKS Know someone who would be a great candidate for a current job opening? Let us know! The referring Consigli employee should provide the candidate's résumé to Consigli's Talent Acquisition Team prior to the onset of the interview process. If the candidate is hired, you are eligible for the rewards described below provided that the candidate has not applied to Consigli previously or was also referred by an outside recruiting consultant.

WHO IS ELIGIBLE All full-time Consigli employees, with the exception of Project Executives and Executive-level staff, are eligible to participate in the Employee Referral Program.

APPRECIATION YOU CAN TAKE TO THE BANK! $2,000 is paid to the Consigli employee responsible for referring a Tier Two candidate.

› The $2,000 will be paid to the referring employee on or about the new hire's 30

th

day of employment.

$5,000 total is paid to the Consigli employee responsible for referring a Tier One candidate.

› The first installment of $2,500 will be paid to the referring employee on or about the new hire's 30

th

day

of employment.

› The remaining $2,500 will be paid to the referring employee on or about the new hire's 90

th

day of employment.

All payments are at the discretion of Consigli leadership. Payments are disbursed as taxable compensation and will be reflected in the referring employee's paycheck. Both employees and referring employee must be employed by Consigli at the time of disbursement.

* R eferrals hired with less than 2 years professional experience may be eligible for a $500 Referral Bonus at the discretion of Consigli's Talent Acquisition Team. New policy is effective for candidates submitted after 04/01/20.
