1. IKEA Participation in the 2024 CEO Summit: • Become the Exclusive Visionary Sponsor for the 2024 CEO Summit and align IKEA with unparalleled leadership and innovation

Based on our understanding of IKEA’s priorities, we propose the following opportunities for our partnership:

• Participate in a CEO Summit panel conversation on reskilling employees.

• Design a hands-on CEO build challenge that can be donated to local children in need.

2. CCI/IKEA Co-Branded Events starting in 2025: • Leverage the presence of 18 CCI Chapters encompassing 38 IKEA locations.

• Focus events on topics such as Life at Home or Reskilling Employees.

3. Targeted Recognition and Visibility: • Highlight IKEA as a visionary leader championing the future of business as a force for good.

Subject to the extent of involvement, we recommend a three-year partnership with annual contributions ranging from $100,000 to $150,000.
