INTRODUCTION

Hi there!

We are students from The Galaxy School-Wadi, Rajkot, India currently studying in Grade 10. As a part of our IGCSE Global Perspective Team Project, we are addressing the topic of Mental Health among Adolescents.

We aim to spread awareness on this topic since we found out that it is neglected a lot in today’s time. We live in a world where physical health takes the spotlight, and mental health stays hidden in its shadows. Mental health issues drag the victims into those shadows, disconnecting them from the real world.

Using this book as a medium, we aim to promote the acceptance of mental health issues among adolescents. We aim to shine a light on this topic, uncovering the shadows and embarking on a path toward sharing, caring, and hope. As a community, we can lead the world in cherishing and supporting mental health. It is our mission to not let anyone suffer in silence.
