We will then email you a pro-forma invoice and a link to set up a direct debit mandate, if this is your choice of payment You can cancel your booking without charge by giving just 49 days notice If you cancel 48 to 28 days prior, you will be charged 50% If you cancel 27 to 14 days prior, you will be charged 75% If you cancel after this date you will be charged 100% We will always do our best to resell your booking

All our bridge holidays have experienced directors and bridge playing holiday hosts. Our average attendance is over nine tables.

You can always check these details with us at the time of booking.

Single travellers will be assured of a playing partner and we try to ensure the best partners for pairs and teams. Our commitment to you is to provide a qualified director, bridge facilities which may include duplicated boards, computer scoring, bidding boxes and at the least bridge, seminar or workshop each morning and a main evening session. We have a varied evening programme of mainly duplicate pairs. However, it is always your choice to play regardless of the programme. This is first and foremost friendly holiday bridge and there is no pressure on anyone. Our morning sessions start at 10.15am and evening bridge session usually starts no later than 7.30pm.

Check-In; Your holiday host will meet you at reception on your arrival (We can make arrangements for an earlier check in time or pre-book lunch) Welcome drinks reception at 5.45 pm in the bridge room. Subject to change.

(Your Evening Bridge Director Ferai, Host Heather and Morning Director Alan will introduce themselves, and will ensure single players have a partner) Dinner is from 6.15 pm (This holiday is 5 Star All Inclusive).

Welcome Pairs starts at 7.30 pm (Evening session's start promptly so that we have the option of a night cap in the bar after bridge) FIRST FULL DAY Breakfast at leisure (Full English breakfast, normally buffet style can be enjoyed in your own good time) Morning Bridge from 10.15 am (Our Directors will organise a morning session of bridge of no less than 14 to 16 boards, except departure day, Seminars and morning workshops are organised to suit each group) Dinner 6.15 pm (Group dinning is arranged each evening with a selection of table sizes in a section of the restaurant) Evening Bridge 7.30 pm (We aim to play between 21-27 boards in the evening sessions, and finish in good time to enjoy a drink at the hotel bar) FOLLOWING DAYS Breakfast at leisure Morning Bridge from 10.15 am Dinner 6.15 pm Evening Bridge at 7.30 pm Prizes are presented on the Final Evening after bridge 10.45pm DEPARTURE DAY Breakfast at leisure Check-Out of your bedroom by 11.00 am to 12.00 noon (later check out times can be arranged, but it may incur a further charge) Please note this is subject to changes at the Directors discretion. The evening bridge will be friendly duplicate. The morning bridge depends on numbers, pairs or teams may be played, Seminars are dependent on numbers and demand.
