Welcome to Our Latest Bridge Holiday Brochure! We’re excited to share our latest edition of our fun and friendly bridge holiday brochure. While it includes some basic pricing information, please be aware that these prices are subject to change. Our websites, guaranteedevents.com and bridgeoverseas.com, are updated daily with the latest availability details, including the number of tables booked and current prices. UK hotels are currently under significant pressure to raise their rates due to increasing overheads. Our bridge holidays abroad are averaging over fifteen tables, and our British bridge breaks are averaging over eight tables, both of which are booking up quickly. We recommend calling us sooner rather than later to avoid disappointment. We’re always happy to hold a room for you without obligation. Safe Travel We are in a strong financial position and have fully recovered from the pandemic's impact on the travel industry. To support our continued growth, we will be re-establishing our partnership with the Travel Trust Association from 2026. This means that all overseas holidays will be booked through our Bridge Overseas Ltd trust account, providing 100% security against third-party failure. With 33 years of successful trading, our ethos remains focused on looking after our clients and our many UK and overseas suppliers. We believe that our quality is reflected in the hotels and partners we work with. While profitability is important, it does not dictate how we treat our valued customers. A heartfelt thank you to those who have left reviews on Google; we truly appreciate your support. We now have over 150 reviews with an impressive rating of 4.7. Prices We strive to offer the best value for money on our bridge holidays. However, due to hotels needing to cover their rapidly increasing costs, we will be adjusting our prices accordingly. This means our advertised prices may change more frequently than in the past, particularly for single occupancy rooms. Those who book early are likely to pay significantly less than those who book later. This situation is beyond our control, which is why we’ve endeavoured to make our terms and conditions as generous as possible to encourage early bookings. Once you’ve booked a holiday with us, we will not change the price, even if suppliers do. Deposits We require a fully refundable deposit for all our bridge holidays. You can cancel without penalty up to 29 days before your UK holiday and up to 49 days for our overseas holidays and cruises. Final balance payments are due no later than 28 days before your UK holiday starts, and 49 days for overseas holidays and cruises. We strongly recommend that you arrange travel insurance before booking your holiday, and we can suggest suppliers that offer cover with no age restrictions. All bookings are subject to the terms and conditions available on our website and included with each booking confirmation.

Flights While Bridge Overseas Ltd maintains its own ATOL licence and bonding with the Travel Trust Association, we are now partnering with DialAFlight for your flight bookings. They have an excellent reputation in the industry and can provide ATOL and ABTA-protected flight booking services. Like us, they are available by phone six days a week and offer access to the best flight options and prices. This partnership will allow us to focus on delivering exceptional holidays, supported by one of the UK’s leading flight bookers. You can still contact us directly to discuss your flight options. Airport Transfers Private group airport transfers are included in the price of our overseas holidays for the main advertised flying days only and to the specified nearby destination airport. Alternative dates, airports, or special transfer requirements may incur additional fees. Please check these details with us before booking your flights or other travel arrangements. You are not obliged to use these transfers; if you arrange alternative transport, such as car hire, we will discount the holiday price accordingly. Couples And Singles All our holidays are led by an experienced bridge director and at least two bridge-playing hosts. Our overseas holidays typically have a team of four to ensure your needs are met. Whether you are a couple or a single player, you will always have a partner and receive a warm welcome. Hotels generally limit the number of rooms available for sole use and may charge a significant supplement. We strive to minimise this cost and encourage singles to book early to avoid disappointment. Groups You can book any of the dates listed in this brochure, subject to availability. For groups of ten or more, we can offer a small discount. You can also choose a location anywhere in the world, and we will gladly organise a holiday tailored to your preferences. If you represent a club or group, we can create a bespoke holiday package or event just for you. We also organise private bridge events with EBU master points, NGS, and blue or green points. Beginners And Improvers Our Bridge holidays cater to players of club standard, with selected holidays specifically designed for beginners, improvers, and relaxed, social bridge players. If you’re unsure which holiday would be most suitable, please give us a call for more details. Bridge Holiday Programme We award EBU master points for all morning, afternoon, or evening sessions, where applicable and in accordance with EBU guidelines. Each session will feature Bridge mate electronic scoring, predealt boards, and hand records. We organise engaging seminars and morning workshops led by experienced and friendly bridge directors and holiday hosts. Scores are generated promptly after each session, allowing you to take them with you to the bar, and they are also uploaded to our site on Bridge Webs. Ebu Master Points All our enjoyable and friendly Duplicate Bridge holidays are licensed by the EBU, and we award master points for all applicable sessions. Bridge Overseas Ltd From 2026, all our Overseas holidays will be booked through Bridge Overseas Ltd, with all payments processed through our TTA trust account. This will follow the same procedure we used for over 20 years before the pandemic. This change will enable us to continue to grow safely as a company and provide our customers with 100% security against third-party failures. Our cancellation terms will remain unchanged. Guaranteed Events Ltd All our UK-based holidays and events will continue to be booked via Guaranteed Events Ltd. Both companies are managed by the same staff, ensuring our operations and customer service approaches are fully aligned for a seamless experience. It offers four hydrolysis-treated swimming pools, one of which is heated; the hotel also has a wellness centre and free Wi-Fi throughout the hotel, including the rooms. In addition, there are four paddle tennis courts available for an extra chargeand we will be organising bowls sessions subject to demand.
