FULLY LICENSED & BONDED TOUR OPERATOR, SAFE TRAVEL Bridge Overseas Ltd holds its own ATOL license (T7028) and is bonded by the Travel Trust Association (TTA U-0455). This means that money paid to us is held in a TTA trust account until your holiday has passed. This ensures that you are 100% safe from third party supplier failure.

SINGLES All our holiday are hosted and have at least one bridge director and bridge playing host. So whether you are a single player or traveller you will always been assured of a playing partner and will be made very welcome. Hotels in general will limit the numbers of bedrooms available for sole use and can charge a hefty supplement. We do try where possible to reduce this cost and encourage singles to book early to avoid disappointment.

GROUPS You can book any of the published dates in this brochure subject to availability and if you have 10 or more people we can offer a small discount. You can also choose a location any where around the world and we will happily organised a holiday where you want to go and when. If you present a club or larger group we can make a private tailor made holiday or event just for you.

FLIGHTS We can book your flights for you through our own flight booking systems, saving you time and also being able to provide you with printed and electronic flight tickets and boarding cards. This service is normally a little more expensive than buying your own tickets on line but can save you some frustrations associated with purchasing on-line. If you would prefer to do this yourselves but need a little help, we will be more than happy to point you in the right direction, just call us on the numbers above for impartial advice.

CANCELLATIONS We have recently improved our cancellation terms for our UK holidays to help those that may need to cancel a holiday at short notice. We also can recommend a Insurance broker that can offer UK holiday insurance.

You can now cancel your holiday booking with us up to 29 days prior without penalty. After this you may incur some cancellation fees, however we will always do our very best to resell your booking to avoid this. If you have someone that will take your place then we will name change your booking without any additional fee.

AIRPORT TRANSFERS Private group airport transfers are included in the price of our overseas holidays for the main advertised flying days only and to the nearby named destination airport. Alternative dates, airports and or special transfer requirements may require an additional fee. Please always check these details with us first and book your accommodation before committing to your flights or other travel arrangements. If you need any assistance in booking or finding flights for your next holiday, do not hesitate to give us a call. We will happily look for the best flights options for you without charge or commitment. We offer complete travel and flight services and will happily assist you with any travel requirements you may have.

BRIDGE HOLIDAYS RELAXED-STANDARD Our new Relaxed Play Bridge Holidays will continue to be run by our experienced and EBU trained directors, but unlike our Standard Bridge Holidays they will not be offering Master Points. The format will be the same as our Standard Bridge Holidays ie; a morning workshop or seminar followed by a short morning and main evening session after dinner. You will however be able to call on the director for assistance during play and rules referring to revokes, bids/leads out of turn, insufficient bids, hesitations, penalty, exposed and stop cards will be not be enforced. The aim is to not only encourage more card play but also a less formal and a more relaxed atmosphere in the bridge room for players with a wider range of abilities.
