Broadway Studios Jan ‘25 – Q3 ‘26 Located adjacent to the 300-bed Maldron Hotel, this purpose-built student accommodation completes the infill of the Broadway Central city block, transforming a prominent brownfield site in the heart of Glasgow city centre.

India Street Jan ‘25 – Jul ‘27 Construction of a new Purpose-Built Student Accommodation development on India Street, Glasgow, comprising 591 Vita Student studio apartments.

The development will feature high-quality, spacious Vita Student studio bedrooms with integrated kitchens and en-suite shower rooms.

Students can enjoy ample amenities, including social and study space, a gym, café-style lounges with extensive glazing to activate the street edge, and an onsite operations team delivering regular events, housekeeping and security.

A revamped and extended public realm along India Street will provide open amenity space for both residents and the general public, and a secure, enclosed courtyard will offer residents a private external amenity space alongside two landscaped roof terraces.

This prime redevelopment occupies a historic waterfront site in Glasgow situated on the north side of Clyde Street, facing the riverfront, just south of Glasgow’s City Centre and Buchanan Street.

Design & Build construction of the first Maldron brand hotel in Scotland comprising 300 bedrooms in Glasgow city centre. Achieving a BREEAM Very Good rating, the hotel rises 12 storeys and includes a spacious bar and restaurant, business suite and gym facilities.

The design uses a palette of red and blonde sandstone, alongside red and buff brick, to integrate sensitively with the architectural character of the area.
