Building Edinburgh’s Future

A historic city. A modern outlook. A trusted delivery partner. Edinburgh is a city where heritage and ambition sit side by side. One of the UK’s most distinctive and internationally recognised cities, it continues to evolve through investment in new homes, student accommodation, hotels and mixed-use developments. Working alongside leading developers, investors and institutional clients, we are delivering high-quality developments that respond to the needs of a growing, dynamic city. From complex urban sites to major residential and purpose-built student accommodation schemes, our work reflects both the opportunities and the unique challenges of building in Edinburgh. Our experience combines the certainty and capability of a major UK contractor with a collaborative, partnership-led approach. We understand the importance of working sensitively within established communities and historic surroundings, while delivering efficiently, sustainably and to the highest standards. As our presence in Edinburgh continues to grow, so too does our commitment to the city, strengthening local relationships, supporting communities and creating places designed to make a positive and lasting contribution. Together, we’re helping shape Edinburgh’s next chapter, respecting its past while building for its future. 6
