Adirondack Adirondack GIVEAWAY
Connected Adirondack hosted a successful Chobani Giveaway on October 17th at the ADK Bus Garage, offering a convenient drive-thru experience for families. Individuals and families picked up a free case of Chobani yogurt. In just two hours, more than 300 cases were distributed to the community It was a fast, efficient, and greatly appreciated event!

The Holland Patent Connected Third Annual Touch a Truck event was a fantastic experience for our district students and families. Students loved seeing the trucks and lights, hearing the horns, and touching the steering wheel and buttons. This year, new interactive features were introduced, including a Model T car offering rides, a sand trailer with toys, and a tree service that brought a tree trunk, adding even more to the experience. There were temporary tattoos, face painting, and snacks. What made this event truly special was the overwhelming support from our local community. Many of the local businesses and first responders who came also gave out keepsakes to the attendees, showcasing the strong community spirit. It was great to have several teachers, some middle school students, and Principal Mrs. Casab on hand to help.

HARVEST MOON STORY HOP! HARVEST MOON STORY HOP!
Connected Community Schools joined Jill Kervin and the Waterville Public Library for their Harvest Moon Story HOP! held during the October PTA meeting. Designed to create a warm, family-friendly atmosphere and encourage stronger turnout, the event offered something special for everyone. While parents attended the meeting, children enjoyed an engaging evening with Project Manager Jesse, Jill, and several student volunteers. Story time, crafts, snacks, and a lively parachute game kept the room buzzing with laughter and creativity.
The Harvest Moon Story HOP! not only helped strengthen PTA engagement, but also highlighted the wonderful connections being built between the library, families, and our school community.
