Magnolia Manor FAVORITE Assisted Living Facility

Magnolia Manor is a leader in retirement living since its opening in Americus, Georgia, in 1963. Kate Witte, a long-time Americus resident, bequeathed 392 acres specifically for the elderly. In the 1950s, The South Georgia Conference of the United Methodist Church commissioned an internal study that identified the need for safe, secure housing and long-term care for the elderly.

Over the last six decades, thousands of Georgia residents have called Magnolia Manor home. The Manor expanded over the years to Macon, Columbus, Moultrie, and Richmond Hill, among others. The manor offers independent living, personal care, assisted living, senior rehabilitation, memory care, skilled nursing, and supportive housing.
