ABOUT THE EVENT

The 25th DATAGRO International Conference on Sugar and Ethanol is a special edition that celebrates 25 years of the event and 50 years of Brazil’s ProÁlcool Program. It brings together multiple perspectives to examine the present and the future of the value chain, with room for direct dialogue, exchange of experience, and up-to-date technical content.

Across the program, the Conference explores what matters now: the 2025/26 crop outlook, the energy transition, and the role of low-carbon biofuels. We revisit the industry’s history and pioneers, discuss public policy and RenovaBio, track the evolution of automotive technology, and explore diversification pathways such as bioelectricity, biogas/biomethane, second-generation (2G) ethanol, cane–corn integration, carbon capture, sustainable aviation fuel (SAF), and EtH.

You’ll also find sessions on the global market, trading, on-farm innovation, new financing solutions, and a presidents’ panel with sector leaders.

This year’s edition is hybrid, with both in-person and virtual participation. In this handbook, you will find everything needed to make the most of the experience: the full schedule, access guidelines, venue information, and other essential instructions.

GETTING TO THE EVENT

BY CAR:

From downtown São Paulo: take Marginal Pinheiros toward Brooklin. After crossing the Octavio Frias de Oliveira Bridge (Ponte Estaiada), the hotel will be on your right.

From other areas: follow Marginal Pinheiros toward the South Zone and exit for Itaim Bibi / Av. das Nações Unidas.

BY PUBLIC TRANSPORT:

Train/Metro: the closest station is Morumbi (CPTM Line 9–Emerald), about a 10-minute walk. Exit the station and head toward Av. das Nações Unidas.

PARKING:

On-site paid parking is available, with valet service

Access is restricted to credentialed participants wearing the official badge visibly throughout the program.

REGISTRATION DESK

The registration desk will be open on October 20, starting at 08:00. Our team will assist with information, on-site registration and general support throughout the event.

Once your purchase is approved, you will receive a confirmation email from DATAGRO Experience. This message confirms your registration. Please note that no physical tickets will be issued. On October 20, go directly to the registration desk and collect your badge upon presenting a photo ID.
