T he ground-breaking ph oto-op w i l l take place at 4:30 p.m. with shovel-holding dignitaries expected to join the community for the Mario's-catered meal, which also is scheduled to start at 4:30. Former employees from Yellowhawk have been invited to attend. The big bash at Yellowhawk in Mission will celebrate the clinic's 20th anniversary of self-governance when the Confederated Tribes of the Umatilla Indian Reservation (CTUIR) took over most of the operation from the federal government. Vanilla Ice 'rocked the mic like a vandal' Vanilla Ice, the 1990's hip hop artist known for Ice Ice Baby and the Ninj a Rap, performed at Wildhorse Resort and Casino during an outdoor concert held on July 30.
