Alonzo James Allman October 23, 1936 — September 15, 2015 Allonzo James Allman died Sept. 15. He was born October 23, 1936 to William and Marie Allman in Lapwai, ID. Allonzo married Marguerite Wilson Allman on August 29, 1963. He has 5 daughters, Louisa Allman, Rita Allman, Lou Allman, M arie A l l ma n o f Pendleton, Kateari Kerwin of Ontario, Oregon. Nieces Sandie Dave and Marie Crawford he raised .l as his own. Nephew James Dave, Sr. and Great-nephew James Mountain Chief Dave, Jr. were like his sons. Grand Children Kylie Rose Mountain Chief and honorary grandson Cody Cimmiyotti. Brothers and sisters TeddiAllman-Picard, William Allman, Mary Lou Freeman, Julia Allman, Francis Ortiz, Jenny Sioux-Turner, Ellen Brown, Sam Allman, Sr., Myrtle Allman, Pauline Allman, Paulette Allman, and Sam Allman, Jr., He has numerous nieces and nephews. He was known as Uncleand Papa to all. He was preceded in death by his dad, William Allman, Jr., Mom Marie Allman, infant daughter Angeline Allman. Alonzo attended school in Lapwai, served in the US Navy 1958 to 1961; Married Marguerite Wilson Allman and lived in Bandon, Oregon
and was a commercial fisherman, moved to Pendleton in 1978. He loved people, worked as, as laborer, hunted, fished and "cha ching" loved all Casino's. They called it the "Wellness" center. Teasing was his best trait, but somehow he managed to send words of wisdom. He will surely be missed but his love and wisdom he instilled in us never be forgotten.
Daniel Jim December 7, 1952 — September 9, 2015 Daniel Jim was a resident of Pendleton died Wednesday, September 9,2015, at his home. He was 62 years old. Daniel was born in Toppenish, Washington, to George and Celia (Umtuch) Jim on December 7, 1952. He was an enrolled member of the Yakama Nation. He went to school in Granger, WA, where he was a Granger Spartan. He then attended Columbia Basin College. In his younger years he was active in horse racing, and playing basketball, volleyball, track and softball. On May 31, 1974, he married Gloria Spencer in Walla Walla, Washington, before the Justice of the Peace, and celebrated with a reception up the river. In 1992 Daniel went to Barcelona, Spain, where he participated in the Para Olympics. He was a longtime employee with CTUIR, working in CHR, Administration, the Gaming Commission and Department of Natural Resources. He enjoyedyard work, landscaping his home and others. He played city league volleyball and
basketball and coached volleyball and softball, traveling to many tournaments. He had been a member of the Washat and Catholic faiths. He is survived by: his wife Gloria Jim, his children; Janet Maddern (Jeremy), Patty Farrow (Matt Farrow Jr.), Bobi Tallman (Shelby Tallman) and Courtney Jim (Tre Lee), sisters; Debra Danielson, Sarah Roman, Doris Ardito, Maureena Jim, Many Fingers, Melissa James, and Margaret Jim Pennah, grandchildren; Molly Jim, Desiree Maddern, Allyson Maddern, Alexis Maddern, Chelsea Farrow, Celia Farrow, Casey Farrow, Cooper Tallman and Brody Tallman, as well as numerous nieces and nephews. Preceded in death by his father George Jim, mother Celia Dick, and brothers Burton Dick, Reginald Jim and Harvey Jim.
